Middlesex University London is a public university in Hendon, north-west London, England.
The name of the university is taken from its location within the historic county boundaries of Middlesex.
It is one of the post-1992 universities. Middlesex has a student body of over 19,000 in London and over 37,000 globally.
Additionally, it has campuses in Malta, Dubai and Mauritius as well as a number of local offices across the globe.
Courses are delivered by the Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Professional and Social Sciences and the Faculty of the Arts and Creative Industries.
Brentford and Edgware are under 20 minutes away from Middlesex and London is 40 minutes away by bus.

In the Complete University Guide 2018 its Sports Science and Social Work courses were named the best in London.
In the Guardian University Guide 2018, the university's Film Production and Photography course was named the top in London. In 2020 it is ranked 70th overall, nationally.
The university is home to the United Kingdom's first Cyber Factory.
The university has been awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize three times and has twice received Queen's Award for Enterprise.
