Overview
• Dating back to 1821 Heriot-Watt University is now a world- renowned university that enjoys a global presence, performs innovative research and produces graduates with high employability.
• Heriot-Watt has five campuses across Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, Orkney, Malaysia and Dubai. London is 5 hours away by train. University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh Napier University are some of the other universities in the region.
• It is also home to the Edinburgh Conference Centre and Europe’s oldest research park, Heriot Watt University Research Park which opened in 1971.
